Carter (our youngest) had the WORST school pictures this year. Literally, looked like a herd of cows cornered him and licked every inch of his head before pictures. Goofy smile. Wore a T-shirt under his 'hoodie' and only wore t-shirt for picture. Rag-a-Muffin.

But you know, HE liked his picture & it's so HIM. I mean, when I think back in 30 years about what he was like at 8 - that picture is what I'll remember. So I bought the whole stinking package. LOL

"Heeeere's Johnny!"

LOL! My son has a pretty sketchy school pic, but I think I'll stick with the bad pic I know than the bad pic to come.

I dunno, looks like he had a hit off of Mom's bong if you ask me (KIDDING!)

My kids always look like little Pig Pens come picture day :-X At least he looks nice and spiffy ;-)

Out of curiousity - nothing to do with the picture - when does your community D.A.R.E program start?

Awesome. It'll be twice as funny when you show it to his girlfriend some day!

Seriously? This picture rocks! Henry couldn't be cuter. Are preschool pictures really necessary, or is it just one more thing they throw in there to screw with us moms? I spent 35 minutes negotiating with Jake regarding his outfit for tomorrow's school picture. I lost. The kid, courtesy of Grammy, has no fewer than 10 beautiful sweaters & a closet of adorable long-sleeve button-down shirts in an array of stripes, plaids and prints. He will be wearing the sweats he's worn to school each day since I made him retire his shorts, and a size 2 t-shirt (he's 4). Uggh. I'm not really in a position to argue as he pointed out that I wear my running pants every day.

I love it. And echo the comments that say years down the road, you'll both love it because it's "him."
